What voice commands are usable with your Echo or Nest devices?
You can use virtually every part of your Lincoln smart home via your AI assistant. Monitor the situation with your smart components, swap to a preset setting, or tinker with the details of a setting via simple voice commands. Or command your Echo or Nest device to arrange your security system in the same way as you can in the Vivint mobile app.
Here are just a few voice commands you will be able to assign to your AI assistant:
-
“Arm my security system to away.”
-
“Latch all the doors.”
-
“Power off my bedroom light.”
-
“Did I leave the garage door open?”
-
"Record a clip of my doorbell camera."
-
"Turn down the heat 3 degrees."
-
“Turn off the kid’s room light in an hour.”
You can also set routines in your Google Home or Alexa smartphone app that combine multiple devices. For instance, say "Google, I'm leaving the house," and trigger your motion detectors, reduce the thermostat, and bolt the doors. Or make a scene for "date night" and use the command to lower the lights and move the temperature to how your family likes it.
